All the transactions are made securely through PayPal. You can also use bank transfer.


Order confirmation
After order submission, you will receive your order confirmation message. Make sure everything is filled in correctly, and send us an email if you notice any errors.

All the packages are shipped via The Post of Slovenia. We offer free shipping. 

Estimated delivery time
We try to send the package immediately the next day after ordering.  You can expect your package in 5 - 10 business days - international. For all orders made in Slovenia - you can expect your package in 3 -5 days. 

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping.

Additional fees and other additional costs
Additional costs may arise due to each country’s policy. Unfortunately, these extra costs have to be covered by you.


Replacement and returns

We are constantly trying our best to satisfy your needs. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you received or you have changed your mind, you may return it within eight days.

• the return shipping cost is covered by you;

• the returned product should be in its original condition and in the package you received;
• the package is your responsibility until it is delivered to the following address: Barbara Borko s.p., Mejna 40a, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia (please enable tracking);
• you attach the product receipt with your name and address on it and specify which product you are interested in (if you want to replace your product).

You will be reimbursed for the payment you have made (purchase cost and shipping cost) within 30 days, starting with the day we received the returned package. If you only want to replace the product, we will send the new product within 5 days.

Damaged package

Our products are manufactured and shipped with great care, however errors may still occur, so we kindly ask you to review the product after receiving it. If you notice any damage, please let us know. We will speed up the process if you add a photo of the damage. As soon as the return of our product is approved, you may send it to us at our expense. You should enable tracking for your shipment.
